The aim of the certification is to create a proven professionality through international standards. Country Partners and Examiners with proven credibility and the highest professional standards from around the world.

The certification rules are strict, applicable to both the expected professional standards as well as the examination process and associated qualifying procedures.

The 7 specializations that we recognise

The scheme also establishes the procedures for the exam process and for maintaining and renewing the certification. The scheme constitutes a contractual requirement between AJA Europe Ltd and the persons who request the certification of their skills, according to the following profiles:

WEDDING AND EVENTS PLANNER

Organiser of every aspect of the event; from the location to the entire performance; any related or required basic or out-of-the-box service; working in their local area, region with local customers.

DESTINATION WEDDING AND EVENTS PLANNER

Organiser of every aspect of the event; from the location to the entire performance; any included or required basic or out-of-the-box service; working outside their local area or country, with mixed local-foreign or international customers.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS DESIGNER

Designer of the event who follows, in part or not at all, the production of the event in all its scenographic detail entirety. This person can also be hired for only a part of the event that the service requires but must know how to link contexts.

VIRTUAL E HYBRID EVENT PLANNER

Integrates the knowledge, skills and competences of the Destination Wedding and Event Planner with the full mastery of ICT technologies to plan, organise and manage virtual or hybrid events, mostly for the MICE sector. Incidentally, managing live streaming events is not enough to qualify the professional as a VHEP.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS PRODUCER

Professional figure specialising in providing specific services within the organisational process of events. This practical creator may be responsible for bringing a design to life, however, does not fall within any of the previous categories.

SPECIALIZED WEDDING & EVENTS LOCATION

Responsible for the construction, safety, and structural integrity of a semi-permanent building suitable for the housing and hosting of both private and corporate events. It can work within a B2B and B2C context and specialist may work independently or with external professionals.

LGBT WEDDINGS AND EVENTS SPECIALIST

Professional figure specialising in various types of events catering specifically to with LGBTQIA+ clients and community-focused events. The specialist therefore possesses a strong understanding of the sensibilities associated with the client’s community and demographics, the trusted etiquette to follow and has adequate social and interpersonal communicative skills.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS VENDOR

Photographer, Videographer, Catering & Banqueting, Florist, Audio and Video, Entertainment. Professional figures specialising in the supply of specific services within the organisational process of events, with a focus on the specialist’s professionalism and quality of work and deliverables.

Born in 2003 as AJA Europe, A Cube TIC represents the most recent evolution of our company. Building on our history, in 2022 we changed our name to become A Cube TIC: an organisation that provides a wide range of services for the quality, safety, sustainability and performance of systems, products and people.
